Covid-19 Information

12/14/2021

To our wonderful clients,

First and foremost I hope all of you are doing well and that you have been safe and healthy. To all of my clients working in healthcare and other COVID-related professions, thank you for everything that you have done for our community. Iā€™m sure that we all feel the same amount of endless gratitude for you.

With the imminent arrival of the Omicron variant and the surge of Delta variant cases in Vermont, we have reached a new stage of the pandemic. Though much is unknown, there are certain things that we do know work to keep us safe as we continue to live our lives. It is important that we do not let down our guard and proceed with the utmost caution and try to make massage as safe as we possibly can. Therefore, we use the following COVID-19 protocols:

  • All of our therapists are fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19.

  • We require all new clients to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

    • If you are unable to receive the vaccine, we require a negative COVID test within 48 hours of your appointment.

  • We run true HEPA filters during and in between all sessions.

  • We wear N-95 masks for the duration of the massage and will be asking clients to wear a mask (cloth or other) for the duration of the appointment.

  • All linens are removed to a seperate room and washed. All surfaces are sterilized between clients, including the massage table itself. Please let us know if you wish to bring your own washed linens, as this is also an option.

  • No-questions-asked cancellation policy within 6 hours of your appointment, in hopes that if anyone feels unwell the day of a session they will feel empowered to call and cancel. If you are feeling symptomatic, COVID related or otherwise, we cannot treat you.

Please know that physical contact at any degree can not be guaranteed as safe at this time and any massage scheduled is taken at your own risk. Over the past two years we have temporarily closed our business twice in order to protect our clients. It is our hope that by taking the above precautions we can continue to serve our community.

If you have any questions about anything please let us know. We look forward to seeing you all and returning a little bit of normalcy back to our lives.

Warmly,

Vermont Full Body Wellness Team
